Your tee shot is "blind" as you cannot see the green from the tee.  A good line is to the middle of the clubhouse, avoiding the bunkers on the left.  There is more room on the right side than you can see.  Even a good tee shot will leave you with a long approach shot to the green, so make sure you go and look before playing your shot.

In my opinion, this is the most difficult hole on the front nine, because both your tee shot and second shot can be "blind".  Aim to the right side of the fairway and then I recommend your approach shot is to the centre of the green, regardless of the pin position.
