This Par 4 opening hole is not long but you must take care to avoid the trees and bushes in the waste area on the right hand side of the fairway.  A sensible tee shot is one that lands short of the bunker on the left, which is 200 yards from the tee.  This will leave you a shot of around 100 yards or so to the green.
