Local Rules

1. Out of Bounds ( Rule 27 ):  

Boundary fences and Out of Bound signs are defined by White stakes or Lines on the course.

2. Water Hazards ( Rule 26 ):

a) Lateral Water Hazards are defined by Red Stakes or Red Lines on the course.

b) Water Hazards are defined by Yellow Stakes or Yellow Lines on the course.

3. Flower beds and Young trees ( Rule 25 ):

All Flower beds & Young trees are Ground Under Repair. Playing from these areas are prohibited.

4. Free lift and drop:

Through the green, the ball may be lifted and dropped within one club lenghtfrom the nearest point of relief but not nearer to the hole, no penalty as follows:

a) Buggy paths, sprinkler heads, Sun shelters, Storm drains, Distance markers, Course signals, Valve boxes.

b) All young trees marked with Blue Stakes or paint.

c) All grounds marked with G.U.R signs.

5. Plugged balls:

Anywhere “ through the green ” a ball embedded in its own pitch mark may be lifted, cleaned and dropped without penalty, as near as possible to its original position but not nearer to the hole.

6. Conditions of play:

a) Each player must have a Caddie and only Caddie can drive Buggy.

b) All golfers must be properly attired.               

c) All golfers are requested to speed up play and repair/replace all divots and ball marks on the green. Please rake the bunkers after use.

d) All distances are measured in yards and to the center of Green.

e) Hole position:

                          Yellow flag:   Back of green.

                          White flag:    Center of green.

                           Red flag:       Front of green.

7. Call on holes:

All Par 3 are “ Call on Holes ” upon reaching the Green. Players must mark their balls and signal to group behind to tee-off.
